5 min | Liaison Updates | @Alexis Manheim @Christie Thomas | CC: Treasurer’s report from Kat Berry: Estimate will be $42K overspent in FY26 but there is money in rainy day fund to cover it. We have two years before this becomes a problem. AWS costs are being kept under goal of $30K per month, but are still an issue. Presentation on the FOLIO Members Committee draft charge by Mike G., Kirstin K-H, Kristen M. A committee made up of council alums + one active member of the CC (6 or 7 members) to represent and advance the interests of FOLIO Member Organizations. Future topics for CC include Eureka migration progress, Communications Needs / Review, Communications & Outreach SIG, Metrics Group, Membership Value, Membership Levels, Software Marketplace / Software Maintenance strategies TC:

5 min | Discuss newsletter | All | RMS subgroup sees a need for a community newsletter to get info out. Note that the FOLIO website also seems out of date. Perhaps getting out information is more important than the look of the newsletter. E.g. the P.O.s puts out a lot of info on YouTube. Organizing communications to the community is under the remit of the CC. @Jeremy Huff will broach the topic with CC. |
Updates on Active Initiatives
10 min | @Jeremy Huff | Better Sample Data WG update: Original plan was to contribute institutional data and anonymize. Reality is that institutions are not giving go-ahead for this kind of sharing. Will be looking at other options, possibly generating data. CDD: Can put comments/concerns in draft document.

10 min | Community Priorities Dashboard Working Group Update | @Alexis Manheim @Caitlin Stewart | Documentation drafts Feedback from PO meeting was that the ranking of individual tickets in the CPD is somewhat useful, but doesn’t give insight into what we want to accomplish. Looking for a higher-level priorities so there is context to inform decisions. We have a SIG-driven list of features on the dashboard. Also looking at higher-level “investment priorities” (roadmap divorced from timeline). Roadmap/investment priorities is top-down perspective, features are more bottom-up. Need to have both and coordinate. From Harry: the existing CPD is already having some effect, even if it is not yet obvious. EBSCO POs are actively consulting the dashboard to see where some work can be incorporated into planned work. Working on documentation around the CPD, including how to make this sustainable:

10 min | Integrating Tools Update | @Martin Scholz @Lisa McColl @Charlotte Whitt | https://folio-org.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PC/pages/1556021323 Looking at community developments and third-party integrations. Trying to pull all pertinent information into a databse, https://folio-org.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PC/database/1546354697; still an experiment/work in progress. Good input from SysOps & Implementers SIGs. Looking ahead, this list might fit will in Implementers SIG space; maintenance could be joint effort of Implementers SIG and PC. Would propose a standing role in PC to support the ongoing effort. SysOps also interested in providing information, will think about what information useful to system operators that may be missing. Group would like to present at WOLFcon. |
