Working Group Check-in

All

Community Priorities Dashboard PC WG: Has not met yet since December. The WG will split up into two sub-sub groups:
1. Business

  1. Follow up on the Community Priority Dashboard.

Release Management & Communication PC WG: Had meeting this week on 1/6/2026. The WG talked about coordinating the communication effort with Product owners on release notes.

Jeremy asks if the RMS Group is a subgroup to the PC. This topic is to be clarified. The meeting notes is under PC subgroups. Jenifer mentioned that not all meeting had meeting minutes. This might be something where the PC could support helping out doing some administrative work.

CDD PC WG: Had meeting yesterday. The WG is working on the MVP of the DIP process. Comparing the two versions for DIP process proposals written up by now. The work is to be presented end on February.

Better Sample Data WG: Will pick up the work again in February.

Identification of Integrating Tools

All

This topic came out of the WOLFcon PC shoulder meeting. Martin Scholz has curated a list Community developed functionality around FOLIO; which we could build upon. The purpose is to inform the community about apps and tools not FOLIO code compliant, but used by FOLIO libraries. Martin suggests to do the list more comprehensive, and official; e.g. supporting apps developed for LoC.

Alexis shared ARLEF list of integrations. This list might have been written up by Tod Olsson.

Next step: Martin will present these lists to the Implementers SIG.

Charlotte volunteered to help Martin consolidating the two lists, and have the document accessible directly from the PC wiki space. Lisa McColl also would also like to help out, and work on the list. This is a new PC sub group. Jeremy will add the group to the list of PC subgroups.
