• Finalize charter

  • Google doc draft of charter

  • Possibility of new roles around release management came up in Dec 4, 2025PC meeting; updates made to charter.

  • Charter finalized via lazy consensus.

• Opening communication with RMS

  • PC recognizes we have fallen short when it comes to participation in release management, would like to revitalize our involvement

  • Our subgroup has been established to achieve this; we will begin attending RMS meetings more regularly, so expect to see us and hear from us more frequently

  • We are interested in hearing from Oleksii about the release process, since PC needs to improve its understanding of what release management fully entails

  • What are ways PC can assist? Are there administrative tasks we can take on to support release management work? Agendas, meeting notes, documentation, Slack posts?

• Action items from last meeting

  Notify RMS of working group’s existence, plans around release communication @Jeremy Huff

  Check with CC about posting to main page of folio.org @Autumn Faulkner

  @Jennifer Eustis will find out who should be contacted (Rachel Fadlon? Is there an outreach contact any more for OLF and/or EBSCO?)

  Establish drafting page for PC highlights of Sunflower release digest @Autumn Faulkner
