The Implementers SIG invites all FOLIO institutions to participate in the FOLIO Community Census. The Census is a community-wide survey designed to capture a snapshot of how FOLIO is being used across institutions right now. We're collecting information about which apps and modules libraries are running, how many users they support, and other key statistical details. Results will be used to populate the new and improved FOLIO directory, helping members of the FOLIO community find peer institutions when questions arise and helping the community answer demographic questions with up-to-date information. This data will be shared openly with the community and presented at WolfCon 2026. The survey is due May 22, 2026. We appreciate your participation!

Dear FOLIO Community Member,
We're reaching out to invite you to participate in the first FOLIO Community Census, a survey designed to give our community a clearer, more complete picture of how FOLIO is being adopted and used across institutions worldwide.
As FOLIO continues to grow, understanding who is using it, which modules they're running, and what their implementations look like has become increasingly important — not just for the community's awareness, but for guiding future development.
The census covers topics including which FOLIO apps and modules your institution uses, the size of your user base, and general information about your implementation. Most questions can be answered by someone with access to your FOLIO system settings, so we recommend having that handy before you start.
Results will be used to populate the FOLIO directory and presented at WolfCon 2026 (August 31 – September 3). The more institutions that respond, the more useful and representative the picture will be for everyone.

Integrations Survey Slack Message
The Implementers SIG, in partnership with the Product Council, invites all libraries to fill out the FOLIO Integrations Survey. Libraries have built and adapted a remarkable range of tools and integrations around FOLIO — but much of that work stays local and invisible to the broader community. Likewise, libraries have connected with a wide variety of external integrations using different approaches and innovative strategies. The FOLIO Integrations Survey is our effort to surface details about these integrations and tools for the benefit of the wider FOLIO community. If your institution uses or has developed anything that connects to FOLIO, we want to document it in a shared, searchable database that the whole community can browse and learn from. The initial survey is due May 22, 2026, though additions to the database will be rolling. We appreciate your participation!
Integrations Survey Email
Dear FOLIO Community Member,
One of FOLIO's greatest strengths is its flexibility — and libraries have taken full advantage of that, building and adapting a wide range of tools, scripts, and integrations to fit their local needs. However, as much of this work happens invisibly, it can be challenging to find peer institutions who have solved similar problems or completed similar integrations in the past.
For this reason, we're launching the FOLIO Integrations Survey: a community-driven effort to document the tools, vendor integrations, custom workflows, and homegrown scripts that libraries are using alongside FOLIO. Submissions will be collected in a shared, searchable database that anyone in the community can browse. If other libraries are interested in what you've built or adopted, they'll be able to reach out directly.
Each submission is straightforward — just a name, a short description, a functional category, and contact information. Because many libraries use more than one integration, you're welcome to submit multiple entries.
Results will be presented at WolfCon 2026 (August 31 – September 3).
Please submit your integrations by May 22, 2026. Additions to the database will be rolling, but we'd like to try to gather as many initial integrations as possible to kick off the project. If you have any questions, find us on the FOLIO Slack.

The census should be completed once per institution. We recommend having access to your FOLIO system settings before you begin, as some questions will ask for specific configuration details that may not be easy to look up on the fly. Most other questions can be answered by anyone familiar with your institution's FOLIO implementation. The survey is hosted in Google Forms, but you do not need a Google account to fill it out. Most questions are optional, so please don't let any gaps in your knowledge stop you from participating — any information you can provide is appreciated. The survey should take approximately [X] minutes to complete. Please submit your response by May 22, 2026. If you have any questions, find us on the FOLIO Slack.
The integrations survey should be completed once per integration — so if your institution uses or has developed multiple tools that connect to FOLIO, please submit a separate response for each one. Responses can be submitted by anyone familiar with the integration. While technical documentation is helpful, it is not required. The survey is hosted in Google Forms, but you do not need a Google account to fill it out. Most questions are optional, so please fill in what you can — any information provided is appreciated.
