5-minutes	PC Update by @Charlotte Whitt ; @Thomas Trutt	The PC final meeting of 2025 was held on 12/18/2025. The PC discussed the the revised Trillium release schedule (feature freeze on 4/10/2026, and release GA date targeted for end of May 2026). The PC also talked about the FOLIO Calendar Calming proposals. The PC decided to adopt the proposal, and will review the effect/the approach by the end of March 2026. The proposal means that all SIGs and Councils are encouraged to cancel their meetings during the last week of January, February, and March. The PC will reconvene on Thursday Jan 8, 2026 - see notes here
