	Discovery SIG	Nicole: FOLIO is Discovery agnostic. APIs used to communicate. Major players: Locate, EDS, VuFind, Blacklight SIG created after survey went out about discovery environments: to try and raise priorities identified and get them worked on. No PO. Working on Jira tickets, finding those related to discovery, updating and adding to priorities dashboard, filling them out to make them better, then champion them. Forum for discussion on discovery topics, ways of improvement.
	EDS	Marie: demo of Chalmers, use EDS (no other OPAC). Only print material in FOLIO Inventory, eHoldings in FOLIO, activated in EBSCO Knowledge base. Can see what package a resource is included in, and license terms from FOLIO License app. Print records harvested via OAI-PMH to EDS, and full load weekly (some deleted records not removed otherwise). Sign in if you want to request something. OpenAthens for authentication. Interface for user account. Request error message just says “something went wrong” when user is blocked, not amazingly helpful. Doesn’t show pickup library when item is Ready for pickup. So, a few niggles. Can see Loan Type only if you’re EBSCO customer. In MyAccount you can change your email, but it doesn’t update FOLO.
	Locate	Tammy: demo of Locate. Lots of new stuff in last year. Basic search, can do CQL query search. Can have translations of statuses. Done work in requesting workflow for LC. Integrating with HathiTrust, ILLiad, Tipasa, Aeon. Patron tools: downloading MARC, saved projects, citations. Ramsons changed call number browse, so Locate working on fixing that. Coming: searching within facets. Improving boundwiths. Working on unifying/integrating Locate and EDS. Course reserves improvements. My Bookshelf is a “FOLIO Account” as opposed to “My EBSCO” account. Newest version: Chat with a librarian. Subject browse. Download MARC Locate also cannot see pickup location and expire date. (Same as EDS user interface)
	Questions	Aeon integration? New for LC: OpenURL for some items to send to Aeon Include call numbers in search results brief display? Tammy confirms lots of enhancement requests, and looking into it. Expected that all items have renew button in Locate even if not renewable? New behavior. Nope! Ticket that. Request to have not only call number but MapIt on brief search results list Nicole recommends coming to Discovery SIG if some of your enhancement requests are not being acted on. Or slack. Tammy trying to get, for Locate, a place to view current enhancement requests and be able to upvote. Ebooks has this already. Suggestion for work in location facet. Don’t make it have to be 1:1 with the actual FOLIO location. Multiples in one facet makes Cornell users happy, Locate should consider. DDS attacks on OPACs? Yes, lots. Any talk about Linked Data? Discovery and LD SIGs are going to talk more. Info should be in the LD SIG slack/space.
