How to save time when asking questions about Data Import

Provide screenshots of the profile you are working with
Provide sample records for the job
Provide the name of the environment (i.e. your institution's production FOLIO or FOLIO bugfest) and the FOLIO flower and any hot fixes applied to that environment
State step by step what you believe the job should do (match on x then do y or if there is no match then do z)
Stop by the data import lab on Thursday afternoon at 3pm Eastern. (https://us02web.zoom.us/j/89002538012) If you put your question in slack prior to lab with the supporting materials that can help as well.
When attending lab, be vocal about the fact that you have a specific question, sometimes we talk a lot but feel free to interrupt or put in chat that you have a question!
