Ramsons - Fields by record type (Lists app)
Definitions:
Record type: the name that appears in the Lists app UI for the record type
Field name in Lists app: the user-friendly name that appears in the following places in the UI:
the options under the “Field” dropdown when building a query
the options under the “Show columns” dropdown when viewing query results
Table (nested): when a field is contained in a sub-table within a column
Use to query: a subset of available fields in the Lists app can be used to build queries. This indicates if the specified field can be queried within the record type in the Query Builder UI
Returns data: fields that appear as options under the “Show columns” dropdown when viewing query results
Note: in some cases additional fields are available through FQM (FOLIO query machine) APIs. This documentation covers what’s available in the Lists app.
