Authorization Rules for Bulk Edit Profiles

To assign capabilities to an existing role, navigate to Settings → Authorization Roles. Locate the role you want to modify and select Edit from the Actions menu.

User Can View Profiles

Under Capability sets-> Settings select:

• View for Settings Bulk-Edit Enabled

• View for UI-Bulk-Edit-Settings

User Can Create and Update Profiles

Under Capability sets-> Settings select:

• View for Settings Bulk-Edit Enabled

• View and Create for UI-Bulk-Edit-Settings

User Can Delete Profiles

Under Capability sets-> Settings select:

• View for Settings Bulk-Edit Enabled

• Delete for UI-Bulk-Edit-Settings

User Can Lock/Unlock Profiles

Under Capability sets-> Settings select:

• View for Settings Bulk-Edit Enabled

• Edit for UI-Bulk-Edit-Settings Lock
