    Preconditions:

    The system should contain the requests with different request types, request levels, locations, and retrieval service points (primary service point of the item's effective location). For instance,

    Scenarios:

    Scenario 1: Filter requests by retrieval service point.

    1. Log in to the environment.

    2. Navigate to the Requests app.

    3. In the Requests pane, open Action menu and select the Retrieval service point column to display.

    4. Select [Service point #1] option in Retrieval service point filter.

      • Ensure that only requests for items with an effective location related to ‘Service point #1’ service point are displayed.

    Scenario 2: Filter requests by multiple retrieval service points.

    1. Select [Service point #1] and [Service point #2] options in the Retrieval service point filter.

      • Ensure only requests for items with an effective location related to selected service points are displayed.

    Scenario 3: Filter requests by retrieval service point and request type.

    1. Select [Service point #1] and [Service point #2] options in the Retrieval service point filter.

    2. Select Pages option from the Request type filter

      • Ensure only page requests for items with effective location related to the selected service point are displayed.

    Scenario 4: Filter requests by retrieval service point and request level.

    1. Select [Service point #1] and [Service point #2] options in the Retrieval service point filter.

    2. Select Title option from the Request level filter

      • Ensure only item-level requests for items with effective location related to selected service points are displayed.
