How to troubleshoot issue(s) on Rancher environment(s)

  1. Check your module status (Rancher UI) | Use your GitHub Account for signing-in

  2. Check module’s logs (Kibana | Links&Creds, Rancher UI | Use your GitHub Account for signing-in)

  3. Identify a root cause (Kibana - logs, Rancher UI - pod status | Use your GitHub Account for signing-in)

  4. Ask AI agent to help you (Slack channel)

  5. If nothing helps ask AI agent to create a Jira ticket (Slack channel) and provide logs, errors etc. as much as you can (see steps 1,2,3) i.e. perform initial investigation and use self-service pipelines to try to resolve the issue, refer to Rancher FAQ

  6. Wait until your ticket will be resolved (Follow up your ticket)
