The Mediated requests app now provides the ability to search by Mediated request UUID. This UAT ensures Staff can take the following actions:

• Search for specific Mediated requests by UUID (exact search)

• Export filtered results to CSV

Testing will take place December 22, through January 6, 2026. Please submit any feedback by the end of the day on Tuesday, January 6, 2026.

Goal: Confirm that entering a full UUID returns the correct Mediated Request.

1. Log in to University tenant of linked environment

2. Navigate to the Mediated requests app

3. Find a Mediated request by using Search or Filter functionality

4. Select a Mediated request to display details

5. Copy and paste the Mediated request UUID from the URL into the Mediated requests Search box

Expected Results:

• Mediated requests app returns results.

Goal: Confirm that entering only part of a UUID does not return results.

1. Navigate to the Mediated Requests app.

2. Enter the first several characters of a known Mediated Request UUID.

3. Execute the search.

Expected Results:

• Mediated requests app returns no results.

Goal: Ensure the system handles invalid input gracefully.

1. Enter an invalid UUID (e.g., malformed or non‑UUID string).

2. Execute the search.

Expected Results:

• The system returns no results.

• A “No results found” message is displayed.

1. After taking Steps 1-5 in the Search for specific Mediated requests by UUID (exact search) section of this UAT

2. Use the Actions dropdown for the Mediated requests results Center pane to note “Export results (CSV)” is active (e.g., Bolded and able to be clicked)

3. Export results to CSV, and ensure the exported file contains the correct Mediated request.
