Migration to Spring Boot 4.1

Please add any missing hints to this document!

Each Spring Boot based modules must migrate to Spring Boot 4.0 before the module release for Trillium bug fest. It needs to migrate to Spring Boot 4.1 after Trillium GA (general availability release) and before 2026-12-31 (end of life of Spring Boot 4.0), see Officially Supported Technologies / Trillium document.

Ask on #development Slack channel if a module doesn’t build with Spring Boot 4.1.

Upgrade the spring-boot-starter-parent version to the latest 4.1 version, find the version on https://github.com/spring-projects/spring-boot/tags
