Creating Bulk Edit Profiles in ECS - DRAFT

Profiles are created on the tenant level.

When a profile is created only referenced data from that tenant or shared reference data can be used.

Member tenants cannot execute bulk edit profiles on other member tenants.

When a Central tenant user, executes bulk edit profiles on holdings and items records from member tenants then:

• Only reference data that is available on all tenants can be used

• If the reference data is not available on that tenant, the record is not updated and an error is logged.
