Development progress update

• 2 big features coming in Trillium

• Ability to delete packages/ package content > is near completion

  • This allow deletion of packages regardless of the package source

  • Packages locally uploaded into the local KB can be deleted

• Migrate settings to settings app

• Remote KB search integration > initial structural design work is done and turned into Jira tickets

Agreements: Implement RBAC based access to resources > is in design phase

Community Priorities Dashboard and ERM prioritization

• ERM feature prioritiozation has 2 parts

• One is to find out top 5 priorities for PC community priorities https://folio-org.atlassian.net/wiki/x/RgB-Nw

  • will be top features with highest votes

    • 1 x eHoldings

    • 1x eUsage

    • 1x Agreements/Licenses

    • 2 remaining will be features that are highest prioritized over all

• Second is to find out priorities that the different ERM development teams should focus on

  • but: not everything will get developed just because it is listed on the top 5

  • needs funding and/or development time

• Listed on PC Priorities table should be features (mainly)

• it cannot be guaranteed that all have the same size

  • not possible without full analysis

• JIRA voting process based on label "erm-sig-topics"

• eUsage features/implementer's topics are included in general ERM implementers' topics list
