2. The new eUsage subgroup will have its kick-off meeting on Apr 28, 2025 at 10 am ET. The purpose of this first meeting is to collect discussion topics and to plan further meeting dates. If you are unable to attend the meeting, you are very welcome to send your topics to Stefan Dombek via Slack.

3. Printing in FOLIO

   • The App Interaction SIG would like feedback on FOLIO-3742: Printing in FOLIO | cross-app.

   • Do you have any use cases for printing that you currently cannot perform in FOLIO ERM? Then please review the use cases described here: Printing in FOLIO. If those are still valid, please add your name in column "Supported by".  If you have new ones, please add those to the table.

   • John Coburn made updates to support improved printing of results list for any app. Please review and add any feedback to STCOM-1417: Facilitate printing search results via CSSClosed

Trillium:

• Agreements: Migrate settings to app settings

• Agreements Local KB: Remote KB search integration

  • Question by Bernd: If many FOLIO instances use this feature, this could put a lot of additional load on the GOKB?

  • Owen: it moves the load, but load through harvesting will be reduced (if systems move to PushKB and are not syncing all packages); its load in the right place (Elastic Search API)

• Improvements to publicLookup API

• Agreements Local KB: Delete packages / delete package content

• Agreements: Implement RBAC based access to resources

Adding tags for License Amendments

Irina Trapido (Stanford) - can never attend due to time zone

Our Licensing Librarian would like to track metadata for each document signed (e.g., signatory, fiscal year, type of purchase, etc.). He wants to record this information at both the license and the license amendment levels. Tags would be ideal for this purpose, but they are currently only available at the license level. Would it be possible to make tags available at the amendment level as well, similarly to how they are available at the Order and Order Line levels, the Agreement and Agreement Line levels?

In Quesnelia there are only two options for field entry for the "Is perpetual" field in FOLIO's Agreements app. MWSU would like to add additional options called "Yes - with fee" and "Yes - with continued subscription to publisher's product" to the “Is perpetual” filter
