working on bug: sort by name column does not work in AGL search and sort

Behaviour on creating a new agreement line

after Poppy and Quesnelia release, when duplicating the agreement the form is not cleared but the information is copied
Majority of members would prefer the from to be cleared
ERM SIG does not require a CSP for this functionality
Fix will apply from Ramsons going forward

Duplicate vs. save

save and create another > clears form
duplicate > copies data into the new form

Drop down "Save" menu instead of the checkbox

as long as we have up to 2 buttons, we have them separately next to each other
where we have more options, the drop-down will be implemented

Improvements that are wished for:

users wish for an easy way to duplicate AGLs
- preferred solution is to have this action under: AGL detail view > Actions > Duplicate
- duplicated AGLs will be created under a new or the same agreement
users wish to be able to move AGLs between agreements
users wish to be able to unlink an AGL and retain it; show the description as name/description
