  1. Implementers topic #1: FOLIO Agreements & AGLs - eHoldings - HLM: source of truth ?! / linking and unlinking (Sara C)

    1. Sara C from 5 Colleges provided more context to this topic she added back in March

    2. The issue of “Zombie” Agreement Lines after linked eHoldings/HLM package is removed from HLM/EKB (used example of discontinued JSTOR CSP packages where titles were moved to Project Muse/Duke

      1. Agreement Line retains nothing but HLM/EKB number (as only that is stored in FOLIO as opposed to being dynamically relayed via HoldingsIQ API)

      2. CANNOT be relinked to new eHoldings package

    3. Possible approaches to resolve

      1. Q release - will return error message saying Title not found in the AGL

      2. AGL description could be shown regardless of external or internal type of AGL, so if one put the package or title in the description, even if the associated HLM package was removed, at least the context of what it was is retained

      3. Allow modal option to appear to relink “Zombie” AGL to new eHoldings package or title

    4. Related issues that came up

      1. Need to revisit topic of storing package name and/or title from HLM/EKB

      2. When viewing an eHoldings package or title record at the Agreement accordion, change language of modal from “unassign” to “delete”, to clarify for the user what happens, be consistent with behavior in internal AGLs

  2. Actions

    1. Zorian will followup with Khalilah on the eHoldings specific issues discussed (adding relink modal, changing unassign modal to delete, external AGL info storage)

    2. Owen will followup with the Agreements specific issues, bring conversation back to the main ERM SIG
