Note that these environments are re-set once a day, and so it is not possible to maintain data over multiple days

To complete these tests you will need to use the diku_admin user and

On Snapshot/Snapshot-2 either create a user assigned the role-erm-admin permission set, or use the erm-admin user
On Eureka Snapshot create a user and assign them the “ERM Admin” authorisation role

Note that since multiple people could be doing UAT at the same time it’s safer to create your own user to avoid clashing with others carrying out the UAT.

UAT Overview

This UAT focuses on testing the implementation of acquisition units in the Agreements and Licenses modules. The functionality allows limiting access to specific agreements and licenses to particular groups of users through integration with the existing Acquisition Units system used in Orders, Organisations, Invoices, and Finance modules.

Setup

Before beginning the UAT tasks, users with appropriate permissions will need to:

Create one or more acquisition units in Settings > Acquisition units
Assign users to acquisition units
Create agreements and/or licenses with acquisition unit assignments

Use the diku_admin / admin user to do this

Testing

Carry out one of the tasks (all information needed to complete the tasks should be included in the task description)
Fill out a row in the Acquisition Units in Agreements and Licenses UAT Feedback spreadsheet
