Development update | @Owen Stephens | Working on the remaining features for Trillium Two main things: GOKB search integration + Implementation of Acquisition units to Agreement Acquisition units is well on the way. More information in the next ERM SIG meeting. It can be already seen in snapshot. Acquisitions units can be seen on the Agreement level. Q Felix: Can you explain why the ACQ units accordion is expanded by default? A Owen: No reason -> Ensure accordion defaults to closed Felix: I also would not expect it to be the first accordion. Where should it be shown? After the agreements periods the ACQ units accordion element is shown at the moment. It should not be shown at the bottom. It shouldn’t shown with no data, only displays when there are data. It seems, that the Trillium release date will be pushed back (officially not already announced). This gives us time to do a fuller UAT. |

Update on GOKB search integration work | @Owen Stephens | Searches + filters already work Working on the view pane, this includes work with the basket -> see ERM-3774 If the title is not in the local KB (but you can see the package), you can add it to an Agreement line (as external AG type) and then it will later linked automatically to the GOKB title in the local KB (as internal AG type). -> ERM-3795 / ERM-3791 Especially with Pusk KB this process will be automated, there is no additional work to do for the user. With Push KB you have not to do anything if your packages are set to synchronized. Q Felix: In cases where we have a number of real unlinked AGRLines and a number of temp unlinked AGRLines: Will there be a way to identify the lines that are just in a temp state to monitor if the harvest has been successful? Or would the monitoring be at another place in FOLIO? A Owen: At the moment not. This would only be needed when you use eHoldings AND local KB at the same time to differentiate between these AGLs. Next Local KB meeting in four weeks. Owen makes sure to have an UAT process in place for ACQ units. |
