  • MOBIUS is now running Sunflower SP5.

  • Five Colleges is dry-running Sunflower.

  • Inventory/Item reorder UAT ends tomorrow.

 

New Requested Topic: Update instance, holdings, and item in reverse order. (Line 6 of New Requested Topic). Refine scope and parameters to come to a decision if we want to endorse this new functionality and document it in a decision log.

Ryan T.: Have you heard back from the dev team on the rational for the current architecture?

Still outstanding task: testing scheduled for 3/11 Data Import agenda.

  • Ryan T: Dev team indicated it is business logic to require the specific order: instance, holding, item in a DI profile. It may be possible to change, but will require discussion and testing.

  • Christie T. is currently testing options for bypassing the order requirement.

  • Ryan T: Will discuss with dev team. Believes it has always been setup this way when using a static match.

  • Testing will take place on Apr 8, 2026

 

Are we fine with a marc to marc match to update the marc srs first and then update the instance second? https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/MODDATAIMP-1199 Related to test: Update srs + update instance actions in the same job. This is possible now, see https://bugfest-sunflower.int.aws.folio.org/data-import/job-summary/960ef924-c863-417a-80a7-3f8bc9246706 .

  • Christie T: Will this work with a MARC to instance match instead of a MARC to MARC match?

    • Will test Mar 11, 2026 in Sunflower.

 

Delete holdings and items in batch via data import. (Line 8 of spreadsheet)
