	Tested same action profile used multiple times in the same job profile and same match profile used multiple times in the same job profile. We found that this worked. We tested in Sunflower bugfest. 	Notetaking expectations: document style--we are not necessarily looking for extensive minutes, but have not documented what is needed for SIG notes
	Some SIG members' institutions are migrating to Sunflower and are in a testing / dry run phase. Initial results positive re. Data Import functionality. May be some issues with Inventory record version history (appears empty), but this could relate to hosting. May also be an issue being addressed by Sunflower Spitfire Dev Team for Sunflower CSP 5.

New Topic	Update instance, holdings, and item in reverse order (Line 6 in New Topics spreadsheet.)	Q: what is the rationale for current architecture? @Ryan Taylor will check in with Dev Team and report back. Action item: @Christie Thomas test in Ramsons on workday on Feb 11, 2026. Previous tests were in Poppy and issue / use cases may be different in Ramsons, Sunflower, etc. Original Chicago use case stems from Automated Storage Retrieval System (ASR) issues
	Update log JSON error message when multiple matches found: Inventory https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/MODINV-799	Slated to be implemented in Trillium as described in Jira ticket.
	Topic tracker line 7: may be resolved?	Issue: update both MARC SRS and Instance in same import profile. Test at workshop on Feb 11, 2026
	Bibliographic update services (e.g. Backstage vendor) and Data Import.	Ties into work of Metadata Management SIG re. Bib control. Could put out a call to community to see if someone would want to talk to SIG in March about how they are working with Bib update services. @Autumn Faulkner volunteers to speak on this topic

Next meeting agenda	2026-02-04 (Business meeting)	Agenda items for next business meetings: Move onto next issues on Topic Tracker, starting with line 8 (delete holdings and items when marking instance for deletion). Review line 9 as well – is this still an issue (mapping of 035 $z @Jennifer Eustis ) Documentation follow-up discussion (@Autumn Faulkner ) for Feb 18, 2026. What goes on wiki vs. folio.org etc. March 2026: using Bib Update Services (e.g. vendors like Backstage) in conjunction with Data Import – have a speaker (maybe @Autumn Faulkner or colleague)
