Summary | In our previous system we could delete any holdings or items that matched as a part of a data import job. For instance, if we cancel a subscription to an electronic resource package with thousands of titles we would want to be able to suppress the instance, add an administrative note about the cancellation and delete the holdings records associated with the instance. In some cases we may only need to delete some of the holdings and/or items. |
