Announcements | ALL | Recently Jira closed: Update of Job profile name does not update in Logs filter when changed, https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/MODDATAIMP-1089 This ticket was closed because this is expected behavior. RT: If we wanted to change this behavior it would be an enhancement request. This change could be added to the larger Data Import logs enhancement Epic. Approved for CSP 6 in bugfest review: https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/MODDATAIMP-1223 RT: Will find out the release date for CSP 6. This fix looked good in BugFest. |

List of Issues Reviewed Dashboard |
| JE: There is a dashboard for issues that have been reviewed. RT: Carryover from the previous meeting is to discuss how we will approach issues that need to be reviewed vs. issues that have been reviewed. (i.e. when the labels should be changed from one state to another.) JE: Autumn is bringing some comments to Product Council for the Data Import SIG. PC would like a dashboard from each SIG of their priorities. |

Cannot update records via data import when tables are missing primary keys | @Whitney Christopher and @Sharon Markus | The issue is that there are 2 or 3 new tables added to MetaDB and those tables don’t have a primary key. So when you upload items from Data Import from Orders, Cornell was getting errors. Part of the issue is the lack of primary keys. |

Review Community Priorities dashboard | @Jennifer Eustis | https://folio-org.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PC/pages/931070022 Reviewed the 5 issues to be submitted as priorities to Product Council. Yael: Is the order listed the order in which items will be worked on? JE: How is priority determined with developers? RT: There are a number of factors considered when devs choose what to work on, but having the list is helpful to narrow down the work. Whitney: The order of the items in the list are how they are prioritized by the DI SIGG, but not necessarily the order they will be worked on. JE: Do we want to use the vote feature in Jira or send out a survey to prioritize issues. Lynn Fors offered to create the surveys. Lynn: Jira can be difficult to navigate for some people. JE: We will discuss more about the workflow and decision making tree for how to prioritize issues when more people from the group are here. |
