What is a bug?

Bug Priority Definition (Performance)

P1 - urgent. Has a severe performance impact, or blocks a workflow
P1 - high. Unreasonable workaround, disrupts operations
P3 - medium. Performance noticeably slow, operations not severely disrupted
P4 - low. Performance affected, less than 10 seconds
P5 - lowest. Performance is eratic

Defect Priority Definition (Functionality)

P1 - urgent. Renders FOLIO (whole, or function) unusable. No workaround
P2 - high. Significant repercussions. No reasonable workaround
P3 - medium. Self-contained issue. Minor impact. Acceptable workaround.
P4 - low. Minimal impact.
P5 - cosmetic

How to report bugs

Support SIG will look at them, get to right dev team.

If this isn’t working as it's intended, ticket it. If it doesn’t work how you think it should, add as topic for discussion in the appropriate SIG.
