Less administrative burden, managing addresses etc. Or maybe for centrally negotiated licenses But this only has one vote, and no one is advocating for this, not highly desired? Zorian: is this to allow central management of Organizations and then share with members? Replacing/part of the Consortial Manager? Would save time when data needs to be updated, if everyone doesn’t have to make the same update. Some consortia are not all on FOLIO, so this would be a complication
UXPROD-4980 Manage authorization policy templates centrally within a consortium Limit a role to certain hours/days. Time based policy. Right now these policies are defined within a single tenant. This ticket would allow the policies to be created/managed centrally. Wilhelmina agrees with the need for this, and ability to duplicate in order to edit at the local level. But more useful would be a way to export lists these, versioning. Lucy: this sounds like higher priority than UXPROD-4270 This is waiting for a UI component to create these at all. Then functionality can be extended to the Consortium Manager. No votes for this currently, add votes if you want it.
