Review ranking (and new suggestions that came in via Google form)

Highest ranked item: Ability to share publication patterns between tenants. Most not scheduled. Can reach out to the PO, ask if we can add more to ticket, use cases, etc., come to SIG to discuss things.

Dennis: choose 2 or 3 tickets to focus on. Doesn’t have to be those with most upvotes. We’ll do this in next meeting, with some owned by Dennis.

Having PO’s come is valuable, then PO knows we have lots of interest, and brings this ticket top of mind. So, add the high priority tickets as discussion topics, bring person that created/commented/upvoted ticket if possible, and PO.

Lucy will make a call for folks to do one more review, and talk with Vivian about which to bring to the next meeting(s)

General idea of adding a “Held by” facet to limit to current tenant looks good.

Need to retain location filtering.

Dennis says in ECS they use the word “affiliation” and that “my tenant” is not as good as “current tenant.” Dynamically adding the name of the tenant user is in is desirable.

Use case for an “all tenants” call number browse (you might be looking to add a unique cutter for the whole tenant). So we’d like both; ability to limit browse to current tenant AND ability to browse across all tenants.

Dennis will moderate our one submitted session, informational session on what the Consortial SIG is up to, our top tickets, etc.

There will also be a session about ECS (EBSCO doing it)

Christine: We are exploring updates for consortial cataloging workflows in FOLIO - potentially a topic I would like to share with you all in a future SIG meeting. But I would also like to see if there is anyone that would like to provide additional help, perhaps by allowing me to shadow some of your workflows or have smaller, focused conversations. So if anyone is interested, I would love your help and you can reach out to me directly if that's easiest. Thanks all!

Potential topics would be local fields.

Lucy volunteered, in a couple of weeks. She will ask Vivian as well. No other volunteers so far.
