FOLIO Officers

FOLIO is a project of the Open Library Foundation (OLF). FOLIO is a separate legal entity, FOLIO SMLLC, with the following officers:

• Kathleen Berry (FOLIO Treasurer) - official in charge of finances

• Kirstin Kemner-Heek (FOLIO Secretary) - official in charge of records

• Simeon Warner (FOLIO Manager) - signatory of any official documents

These positions are appointed by the Community Council. The officers support FOLIO council decisions, they hold no official power or influence in FOLIO. See also, https://folio.org/community/councils-governance/.
