• Introductory material useful

  • Link into wiki to connect with community

• Interested in presenting the breadth of the community and the growth

• WOLFcon information - when, where, what, deadlines, options

  •  

• Focus council updates on particular notable things from the councils rather than just a bullet list of things

  • CC - Friends of FOLIO level

  • PC - Prioritization

  • TC - Eureka and app formalization

  • Each council start with bullet summary slide (updates since Oct 24, 2024) then focus on the one main issue

• Slide deck should be useful for folks who want a quick look without having to watch the video

• Timing - aim for about half an hour though exact time not important
