Communicating Eureka timeline approval and progress

All three councils have now approved the Eureka timeline, PC and CC with the proviso of meeting requirements. We should communicate this and show he requirements are being tracked

• Craig notes there are weekly meetings with early adopters and plan to check on progress with requirements as they go

• Jenn would like to include additional parts of the requirements such as the CI/CD deployment

• Next check-in with ID CI/CD team is this Wednesday, Feb 5 so will check in on that

• We understand the not all self-hosting institutions are part of the early adopter program

• Self Hosted - Early Adopter Program runs January 15th - Feb 12th

  • GBV - Jan 15th - Feb 12th

  • Index Data - Jan 15th - Feb 12th

  • TAMU - Jan 23 - Feb 19th

• ACTION - Jenn will communicate the council agreement along with timeline for expected completion of the early adopter program and a link to the spreadsheet if folks want to watch requirements tracking

FOLIO Summit in DC

Agenda planning based on brainstorming notes:

• Caitlin has rooms booked. Unfortunately LC team availability might be limited to Caitlin for the most part because of work on dress rehearsal

  • Might be able to organize tour of the Jefferson

• ACTION - Christopher will do first draft of agenda, Caitlin will then review/edit, then chairs discuss

Community Update Forum 2025-04 (exact date TBD)

Next Community Update

• Schedule for April 2025 then decide whether to keep 2/year or just alternate with WOLFcon

• Get a new member to share experiences

• AGREED - Next Community Update will be Friday Apr 25 at 11am ET
