Other? What else whould CC be doing, or plan to do? Need to define and confirm the budget at CCC, but AWS costs need discussion again. ACTION: Invite Kat to speak in coming month.
Biggest barrier to confirming those costs: who is using these resources, and is that actually a community effort? Lots of specificity on how it’s being used that is unclear to the group. Separating the efforts into ‘buskets’ is going to need somene using the environments on a daily basis to help confirm what they’re being used for. Report back from attornies looking at EBSCO agreement will likely need discussion once it arrives.
Budget and membership value to be the next major themes, as they are related and also feed into elections. Membership value: Access to experts; Software marketplace; Detailed documentation; Training: all items for providing value for members: but need concrete proposals. Petra and Paul wanted to work on Training, Martina also volunteering. ACTION: Provide update on how they’re approaching training at Feb 23 2026 meeting. Revised charge being worked on for Membership subgroup: should be ready for review at next meeting (Feb 9 2026).
