Standing Meetings ListPreview – is an effort to do summarizing of meetings outcomes

Caitlin has put this on PC agenda for this week. From there it can rolled out for SIGs and anyone else who would like to use it. Would be useful for incoming new member orgs.

Other ideas:

• use AI to generate a weekly digest of hot topics

  • how? good question!

• use humans to do a monthly summary of major developments across FOLIO.

  • this could also feed into a newsletter or digest

  • could start with updates across the three councils

  • tie into quarterly newsletter from OLF?

• Let’s start with a wiki page

  • begin to gather topics/nuggets from each council that are worth sharing community-wide

  • review at/around WOLFcon

  • Who’s the audience? What’s the goal?

    • Goal: promote visibility of high points and member engagement

      • “tent pole topics”

      • not painful and tedious detail
