    • Seems to imply goal or destination setting

    • This word is used in the FOLIO vision mission statement

  • We can align with the CC by using the word Directed

  • We are converging on the word Directed

• Define the parts

  • Community

    • The community owns the process, not a single member

    • Community processes for making the decisions

    • FOLIO Governance is the representation of the community (This can happen through delegation)

    • Community, in this context, is membership through governance

  • Directed

    • Spends money or resources

    • Sets specific development targets

    • This is not intended to direct all development, only that development that was initiated through this process

  • Development

    • Team+Process vs Process Alone

      • Maybe it needs to be a bit of both
