Trillium - ECS Bulk Edit Profiles UAT

    • User Acceptance Test Overview

    This User Acceptance Test (UAT) is designed to validate the ECS functionality implemented in https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/UXPROD-4025

    The goal of this test is to ensure that creating and using bulk edit profiles meets users expectation. This UAT consists of the following sections:

    • Tester Information
      Basic details about the person conducting the test.

    • Create a Bulk Edit Profile in a Consortia Environment
      Create a profile for repeatable bulk edit jobs.

    • Use a Bulk Edit Profile in a Consortia Environment
      Run a bulk edit job using a predefined profile.

    • Exploratory Testing
      Open-ended testing to uncover edge cases, usability issues, or unexpected behaviors.

    Test environment: 

    • URL: https://folio-edev-firebird-consortium.ci.folio.org/

    • Login: consortium_admin

    • Password: admin

    • Note: The environment is available Monday -  Friday, 2 AM–5 PM EST. All data will persist for the duration of UAT, so feel free to create and manage your test data as needed. If you need any assistance, please reach out to @magdaz on Slack.

    The consortia_admin accounts have the necessary permission already assigned. If you prefer to use a custom test user, ensure the user has the required permission as described in: https://folio-org.atlassian.net/wiki/x/EABdRg
