Trillium - Workflow for user defined records with joins UAT
User Acceptance Test Overview
This User Acceptance Test (UAT) is designed to validate the workflow of the functionality implemented in https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/UXPROD-4863
This UAT is designed for all FOLIO users and is based on mock-ups of a workflow; deep technical knowledge is not required
UAT goal:
The goal is to validate the workflow used to determine how records can be joined to create custom entities in the Lists app.
Ensure the workflow can be reviewed without requiring deep technical knowledge and use of the available-joins API
Gather user feedback on the overall process and flow for joining data
UAT sections:
Tester Information
Basic details about the person conducting the test.View all data sources
a list of all existing sources that can be used to build custom entitiesDetermine what sources can be combined
a guide that tells you which types of records can be connected to each other.Find relevant info about how record types can be combined
select the specific fields that determine how records are joinedAdditional thoughts / questions
a place to provide any additional feedback

Questions about the UAT: @Kathleen Moore
Background:
The workflow in this UAT describes a subset of the process for creating a custom record type (entity-type) for use in the Lists app.
Steps to Create a custom entity-type:
Define what data is included (what are the sources)
Define how the data is connected, or joined together
Create the custom entity type
The custom entity type can now be accessed in the Lists app
This workflow focuses on the workflow involved in steps 1 & 2
Important note: This functionality is API-only there is not a user interface. The included mock-ups are included to help visualize the overall workflow.
