User Acceptance Test Overview
This User Acceptance Test (UAT) is designed to validate the functionality implemented in https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/UXPROD-4025
The goal of this test is to ensure that creating and using bulk edit profiles meets users expectation. This UAT consists of the following sections:
Tester Information
Basic details about the person conducting the test.Create a Bulk Edit Profile
Create a profile for repeatable bulk edit jobs.Use a Bulk Edit Profile
Run a bulk edit job using a predefined profile.Manage Bulk Edit Profiles
Edit, lock, duplicate, or delete an existing profile.Manage and Use Bulk Edit Profiles in a Consortia Environment
Create, use, edit, lock, duplicate, or delete profiles in consortia.Exploratory Testing
Open-ended testing to uncover edge cases, usability issues, or unexpected behaviors.

Test environment:
Single‑Tenant Environment
Login: diku_admin
Password: admin
Note: the environment is available Monday - Friday, 2 AM–5 PM EST. Data persists for the duration of the UAT.
Consortium Environment
URL: https://folio-etesting-snapshot-consortium.ci.folio.org/
Login: consortium_admin
Password: admin
Note: the environment is available 24/7. Data does not persists.
The diku_admin/consortia_admin accounts have the necessary permission already assigned. If you prefer to use a custom test user, ensure the user has the required permission as described in: https://folio-org.atlassian.net/wiki/x/EABdRg
