User Acceptance Test Overview

This User Acceptance Test (UAT) is designed to validate the functionality implemented under:

• https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/UXPROD-4024

   

The goal of this test is to ensure that users can set instance records for deletion in bulk, while verifying that related permissions, behaviors, and error handling work as expected. This UAT consists of the following sections:

1. Tester Information
   Basic details about the person conducting the test.

2. Tests for FOLIO Instances
   Steps to validate deletion functionality for instances where the source is set to FOLIO.

3. Tests for Instances with source MARC
   Steps to validate deletion functionality for instances where the source is set to MARC.

4. Exploratory Testing
   Open-ended testing to uncover edge cases, usability issues, or unexpected behaviors.
