Survey results revealed inventory users across functional areas with agreement that being able to search holdings and items directly was top concern. Talked with MM and would like cross app perspective.

so far preferred implementation will just show holdings/items of current tenant. Or maybe a held by facet option.
- can there be the options for all and then tenant selection?
One main use case for this is ECS, e.g. to find all items for my tenant. ECS will require follow up discussions to make sure flow is correct.

Feedback around not listing Title if searching for holdings and items. Want to maintain ability to get to instance though.

Consider indicating record suppression with icon
- if next to title might indicate for users instance suppression
Holdings and items will open in three pane view (while maintaining ability to view full screen) so will still see search and filter and results.
Mock up shows items link that opens in new tab all the items on that particular holdings
Is there a pattern that could be used for all results lists?
- Talk with stripes team to see if this could be extensible
- could see this being useful in orders to get from orders to order lines
Boundwidths - need to confirm display works for these
Is the HRID the best was to differentiate records? Other ideas?
How does this behave when coming from another app? e.g. orders or users?
- Determined that as long as changes in Inventory don’t break search from other Apps, we can let other Apps “decide” how to interact with any new search options
