  • Kimberly Pamplin was not available to take notes today, so Heather tested out the AI note taker. What is below are notes from AI.

  • Joe Reimers discussed List app and report priorities for the Acq SIG, based on voting results that happened in Slack, with projections and unbilled ongoing orders, and expense class reports receiving the most votes.

  • Kimberly (in slack) suggested adding fund reports by external account number and fund report by group. Joe mentions that groups are more complex than initially thought, which will impact bulk allocation. Due to this complexity, particularly with multiple ledgers and fiscal years, bulk allocation by group won't be ready for the Sunflower release. Instead, they will only release allocation by ledger.

Joe updated the SIG on UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for bulk edit allocations feature, which Joe hopes to have ready in the next few days or next week, as they're in the final stages of development and removing any show stoppers.

There was discussion about Lists app functionality and its limitations, including a 6-minute delay in data updates and challenges with financial data integration.

Molly Driscoll presented implementers topic #166 about automatically expanding notes accordion when notes are present in organizations records. This led to discussion about consistency across apps and potential enhancement requests.

The group discussed implementers topics #168 and #169 presented by Sara Colglazier regarding:

  • Allowing users to edit notes after closing orders

  • Issues with order closure reasons and status synchronization between PO and POL levels

  • The need for better status options for ongoing orders beyond just "cancelled" or "ongoing"
