Implementers Topics # 188

Ann Crowley

  • Unavailable in Fund screen for negative balances

  • “In looking at fund reports vs FOLIO fund screens - we have balancing issues when there is a credit balance in the fund because unavailable shows as $0.00 not the true credit balance. I believe FOLIO should show as the true credit balance, if you want to apply a filter to what is displayed that should be reflected in a dashboard not the actual fund screen.”

  • Needs wider feedback and discussion. Will schedule a time to return to this topic at a later date.

Implementers Topics # 189

Susanne Gill (on behalf of Marie Meyer)

  • Duplicate Purchase Order Lines

  • “It is already possible to duplicate purchase orders. We would like to be able to duplicate purchase order lines as well. An option via actions-menu would be helpful but it would be even greater if we can duplicate a filled out POL (before saving) via the “create another” option, e.g. “save & duplicate”. This would be helpful for orders with a large amount of POLs.”

  • Not to include linked title, often it is the same fund and vendor, etc.

  • Wondering whether templates will work for this. Follow up to see if they are sufficient or if this would still be ideal.

Receiving Pieces Export

Joe Reimers

  • From Slack: “for those of you interested in generating csv exports of receiving pieces, what would be the largest export you might expect to run? (We're trying to figure out performance parameters, so it's important to know whether the expected max export size is 1000 records, 10,000 records, etc.)”

  • Looking at 10,000 as baseline with testing for 50,000 just to see what happens.
