:01	Housekeeping	Heather McMillan	Upcoming serial subgroup meeting this Friday. Heather and Kimberly will be stepping down as conveners with the end of 2025. Will need new conveners for 2026.
:03	Order History	Kristin Martin	https://open-libr-foundation.slack.com/archives/C217N937A/p1759766553702579 Concern about purchase order history issues, particularly regarding chronological accuracy and incorrect update dates, which may be related to a database schema change during the Ransoms migration. Others may want to watch out for this and gather examples of problems seen.
:11	Implementers Topics # 187	Kimberly Pamplin	Acquisitions/Resource Management implementers Issue where invoice line comments, subscription information, and tags cannot be edited on invoices paid in a previous fiscal year, where that budget is inactive. Workaround is not ideal, user must activate budget, make change, and then deactivate it. Per Dennis, likely stems from overly rigid validation. Should only get that error when trying to edit the fund distribution. Kimberly Pamplin will create a bug. Created 10/22/2025 - MODINVOICE-618: Cannot edit invoice line comments, subscription info or add tags for invoice lines where budget from prior FY is closedClosed
	Ongoing order line status options	Dennis Bridges	Once an ongoing order has been marked full received, it cannot be changed back to ongoing unless the PO is reopened. Discussion around whether there are valid use cases for marking ongoing orders as fully received or fully paid. What receipt/payment statuses would be most useful for institutions? Cancellation logic: Allow user to cancel orders
	Order Relationships with Inventory Management	Dennis Bridges	System does not currently provide warnings for deletion of holdings with orders attached, which results in invalid references. Preference for hard block, though at least a warning for this. Would be helpful if the warning showed all associated dependencies.
