:04 | UIOR-1308 | Dennis Bridges | More relevant to libraries that operate in multiple fiscal years at once. In more and more places, allowing user to look at something in the context of previous years (e.g. Groups in Finance App). FOLIO UI in Acquisitions is really focused on the current fiscal year. Are there other use cases where users have found that problematic? Lisa Smith, Mich State 12:09 PM I look at this info in the attached invoices accordion and can see all payments by FY in one screen. Have another story about displaying a fiscal year select at the ledger level. Sara - Could be useful if Package POL in title section could be parsed by fiscal year. Relate receiving title with fiscal year or keep track of what has been added within a given time period. Maybe similar to Ledger fiscal year selection could use a drop-down to call up old POL data in the view. Case where title could be added two years ago, but still be relevant. Jessica - Seeing how many fiscal years an item was open for. Will code funding if a fiscal year has passed, but doesn’t help knowing what FY that fund code is from. Update date / creation date doesn’t always give the full picture. Will display Year opened field in Purchase order, which will show the fiscal year that the PO was opened.

| Implementers Topic # 33 | Dennis Bridges | Old topics from Duke? #33 - can select multiple POLs to add as invoice lines, but no easy way to see what you are selecting. Could delete the invoice lines once successfully added. Would be nice to be able to preview lines. Even though you can delete things, it throws off the invoice line numbers. Worth keeping the topic. Seems like an added feature for multi-select in modal - probably would be helpful everywhere this is used in FOLIO. App Interaction topic? Stripes? Also used in adding donors to funds, users to acq units, etc. Needs to be optional, don’t want to force user to review
Lisa Smith, Mich State 12:42 PM On a tangent, if POLs are ordered in a certain way, will the order be retained in the invoice record? Scott Perry (UChicago) 12:43 PM We prefer that the POLs on the invoice match the order of the invoice.

:50 | Implementers Topic # 36 | Dennis Bridges | Current behavior: If you create an invoice from the order or an invoice line from the POL, release encumbrance will be checked by default. If you are adding a blank line to the invoice, in any scenario, release encumbrance will never be checked. Introducing more variation such as described in this topic would be complex. Decided to close. No one voiced opinion for this approach.
