Capturing Feedback

1. Throughout the session, capture feedback on the elements of the test using the ​Microsoft Forms ​.

Login Instructions

1. Navigate to ​https://folio-edev-thunderjet-consortium.ci.folio.org/ ​.

2. Use the following credentials to log in:

   • Username: orderuat

   • Password: test

Creating Purchase Orders

1. Create two purchase orders.

2. Ensure that the purchase order lines (POLs) are identified as packages.

3. Make sure at least one of the POLs have a creative inventory set to “instance, holdings, item” to ensure related inventory records are created when the purchase orders are opened.

4. Open the purchase orders.

Adding Title Records

1. Add title records to the packages created in the purchase orders.

Creating Receiving Pieces

1. Ensure that receiving pieces are created for the titles in the receiving application.

Removing Titles

1. Open the purchase orders.

2. Remove some of the titles using the different methods provided in the ​https://scribehow.com/shared/Unlink_package_titles_from_Package_POL__tVPfpyowSCm5NsgO9IOZdA ​.

Verify Instance Record

1. Click the instance link to navigate to inventory.

2. Check to confirm that any “On order” items have been removed according to your expectation.

3. Note that any Items that have been moved to other statuses through receiving or otherwise would still appear.
