- In Users App some are already applied
- keyboard shortcuts analysis:
  - it was not possible to reuse keyboard combinations of other ILS'es
  - Is something missing from Khalilas Analysis list:
    - Andrea: universal clear Screen (Check-in ; Check-out ; User Record)
      - David: End Session does clear the screen
      - Clear record / Returns to default landing page
      - it should be always the same key
    - What does the Search key combination do: open the search filter pane

Holly on Patron block overrides
- R1 2021 developement
- After scanning item, if found to have an item block a modal appears allowing override
- Ideas:
  - Patron block modal appears at check out before action occures
  - Checked out through override on the record (action)
  - renewal: possible for multiple items; message for all of them: renewal for x number of items
  - requests: modal apears at requesting
  - Thin Thread: Don't collect a comment given patron will need to check out item later and will need patron block overriden again (this time it would be recorded)
    - is acceptable - no objections from the group
  - Long term solution: collect comment from override ; add override comment to Request as additional information for staff (new field)
