• Review of January 2025 Lists app user feedback

11 participants. The majority of people has used it 5+ times. Most users report weekly or monthly usage and one person using it on a daily basis. Majority of usage is on Inventory items. A typical list is 1000 or less where 100000+ is a max list. 70% find actions take a reasonable amount of time. Users reported lists app useful for them or someone in their institution. Overall experience is 3.1 stars. User feedback reported on fields that can’t be queried on. New fields are coming especially for Trillium.

Will it be possible to create a list that have more than one copy or more than one item connected to a holdings? This makes sense. The components are there.

High level overview of plan to accelerate data coverage in FQM in Trillium

FQM (FOLIO Query Machine) needs access from across FOLIO but Corsair dev team is the only one that creates and maintains all record (entity) types. Corsair has created the groundwork for cross app functionality. Looking at an automation tool to scale up. An example is UXPROD5202 order-invoice reports.

This UXPROD5202 was shown in Acquisitions SIG the other day where all the fields of the pol displayed. You can build the query, you can then add more columns to see it to export it. Answer: That’s one example. FQM doesn’t support repeating fields that use free text; it can return and display this content. We should be careful in terms of what we can query. User feedback will be important to know how to support user needs.
