No validation is done on system generated fields: 001/005/999 ff.
In the edge case that a user adds a duplicate 001/005/999 ff then just ignore these user additions. IOW no change to current implementation.
Overall - follow these rules (https://folio-org.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/MM/pages/4668118/quickMARC+-+MARC21+Validation) unless the field/indicator/subfield violates MARC validation rules and is not a system generated field.
