- Angela Zoss, Convener of the Reporting SIG
- Preparing for transition from LDP to Metadb. No public release date yet but being tested in ReShare institutions and some FOLIO institutions. The main difference, Metadb has near realtime updates.
Metadb will retain full history of the records; it's getting every single update to a record instead of just checking once a day.
Kiwi and Lotus have the LDP app for simple queries. LDP app still in active development and there is a new design proposed. The LDP app was tested during bugfest and there were some issues.- The Reporting SIG is also working to do better onboarding, documentation and training people about the FOLIO data model and how to get up and running with FOLIO reporting. - Questions.
* Do we include the full address in the patron account information, or just the type label?
* Should delivery information be an optional parameter of the (eg. "includeHoldPreference=true/false")? - Brooks will update the patron account summary response story to say include the actual address information. His preference is to say return it as fields and let the discovery layer decide how to actually present that address based on localization.
