Jeremy and Patrick meeting weekly for quick check-ins.

• Currently dedicated to studying FOLIO at this time and getting setup. Setting things up in Jira to track work, doing developer documentation inventory and opportunity to help with reorganization.

• Planning monthly TC updates starting next Monday, and then roll out communication channels

• Alexis notes would be good to have him for an introduction in PC meeting - maybe May 16

Last year we had half-day as full tri-council meeting after WOLFcon - we agree that this amount of time is good. Looks like tentative plans are set for Friday 2024-09-20

ACTION - Simeon to check with Jesse about scheduling/plans - DONE, plan is to have individual council meetings Friday morning and then Tri-Council on Friday afternoon
