   6. Earlier OLE terms flagged by a small group as the most important terms for licensing that an ERM would need to capture. One thing that we wanted was a general purpose field that could be modeled to be anything we wanted it to: a note, a dropdown, a lookup. You can see that in the Local Fields recommendation.
