Prioritizing Reports

Please use the following priority levels to prioritize your institution's data warehouse reports on the Reporting SIG Master Spreadsheet. Please prioritize ONLY the data warehouse reports, not the "in app" reports. Enter the priority level in the "Institution Priority" column for each of your reports within a given functional area. The worksheets on the Reporting SIG Master Spreadsheet each represent one functional area (e.g., import and export, resource access). For reports with multiple institutions, please distinguish your institution with an abbreviation (e.g., "P1-CU"). Our target for completing this project is November 12, 2018. The Consortia SIG will prioritize their reports. 


Priorities in JIRA are P1 (high) through P5 (low)

*dates are relative to your Go Live date


P1 = Go Live

P2 = Q1 (first quarter) after go live

P3 = Q2 (second quarter) after go live

P4 = Q3 (third quarter) after go live

P5 = Q4 (fourth quarter) after go live (aka first Fiscal Year Rollover after Go Live)
